He has a rare blend of compassion, intelligence, and professionalism. He tested, diagnosed, and even gave her situation extra thought beyond what was expected. He came up with out-of-the-box remediation for some of Mother's problems, and his ideas have rendered outstanding results. What a wonderful gift from God! They are the best at what they do. That is making sure that when you leave with the hearing device(s)of your choice.,they will work especially made for your need. Not some device that just amplifies all sound. And I do mean ALL noise. But, one fine tuned to help in your hearing loss area(s). I have gone through 3 other hearing
aid companies and these people have just been wonderful for me in the last few mounts, and I don't see them changing anytime soon. I can now hear the birds and insects outside that I have not heard in years. Try these people and work with them through your hearing loss problems and I do not believe you will be dissatisfied.
